Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to serve our global clientele (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Customers: Please note that customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Men Style Shop cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To maintain our high standards, all returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear & Nightwear
  • Swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • Prepaid return shipping label (for quality-related issues only)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the items with all original tags and packaging. Include the completed return form that came with your order.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timeline: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For international returns, return shipping costs and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

For size exchanges, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired size. We recommend ordering the new item immediately to ensure availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
