Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high standards of hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear & Nightwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Returns Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed return instructions
- Prepaid return shipping label (for quality-related issues)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the items with all original tags and packaging. Include the completed return form that came with your order. Ship to:

Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Timeline: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For size exchanges, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired size. We recommend ordering the new item immediately to ensure availability.
International Returns
For our international clientele (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
